Today, first time i experienced very disrespectful and pathetic behavior of a store worker named Avdeh Kumar at your outlet at G-16 Central Plaza Mall, Near Golf Course, Sector-53, Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

You do not have any feedback form to file written complaint at this store, not even any employee is having employee ID for better recognition of them. Which kind of outlet you are running here which does not even have a feedback form, this is really unacceptable.

The moment I was asking him for sauces, he replied in disrespect way and was arguing with us again and again. This guy Avdesh Kumar does not know how to talk to a customer not even this, on the other hand he was looking at us like he will us up.

I really want a strict action against him and against this Outlet of yours otherwise i will take this case to the another level and i will sue you in Consumer Court and i mean it.

No one greeted as we entered the shop and there was one short-heighted-dark smart a$$ guy who wished me as if he is DOING A FAVOUR on me !.. NEVER mind!
Well I asked him what the Sub of the day was, he said "THERE IS NO SUB OF THE DAY"!
He started repeating "All veggies Sir?" Without giving me time to choose the veggies...and I got to know the reason for that being he did not know DIFF between OLIVES and Onions among the few given VEGGIES!!!
You do not have any feedback form to file written complaint at this store, NOR DID ANY EMPLOYEE HAVE AN employee ID !!
Also I asked him why I could hardly see the print on the SALE Receipt, he RASHLY replied "Sir the printer is not working" in a very RASH TONE. I thought Its better not to argue with such people and came back.
Lastly I asked his name he said his name as "MADHU"...but when I opened the receipt I saw that the name of the clerk : clerk#2 "Kiran"..
I am a regular SUBWAY customer to subway, but after this insulting incident, Though this subway branch comes on my way yo OFFICE, I will NEVER GO TO ATLEAST THIS subway branch again...
