  • Cold and tasteless with stale vegetables

We went to this SUBWAY near aditya mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (U.P) And we ordered for a chicken Subway and a Paneer Tikka Subway. He started with cutting breads and that he didn't do properly. After that he baked the bread and that seemed like only putting for bake and took it out unbaked. Later, without applying any topping, he asked us for vegetables. He had very stale lettuce leaves which were finely chopped like cabbage. After applying vegetables, he asked for sauces. And he was preparing both veg and non-veg preparation together. He added chicken to one and paneer to another... More...

  • Running out of supplies and closing early

This is regarding the subway located in Norfolk VA inside the Sentara Heart Hospital. This subway has not been opened for very long and we were very excitied (especially the night shift) to see it come in however it has been very frustrating at times due to them wanting to close down early. I can understand that employees want to get home but to start closing down 1.5 to 2 hours early is really unacceptable. With it closing at 12am that is night shift prime time to start getting something to eat. Even if we go down at 11pm half the time we can't get what we want. Just in the few months... More...

  • Eat only what they allow you

Our 6 yr old orders the same thing for his sandwich anytime we stop at subway. He orders a kids size spicey Italian. The meats are pepperoni and salami. At a subway store #294 in a pilot the employee told my husband she couldn't make that sandwich because it would throw off their meat count. They only have a "ham/turkey" button on the register for kids. We offered to pay more for the meat and she still refused. REALLY!? Asked if she would please make an exception for our 6 yr olds favorite sandwich. She still refused and said she didn't want to get in trouble. We ve... More...

  • Terrible service

I ordered three footlongs- over $18- and every single sandwich was wrong. There was no receipt with it either. When I got home, every single sandwich was completely wrong. Then I called them to ask what could be done to resolve the issue, the "assistant manager" told me that if we brought our food back up there they could make new ones. So not only did I drive 4.7 miles there (almost 10 miles there and back) I had to drive all the way back again. When I got back there I asked the manager if there was anything they could do to compensate my time and gas, she denied me. So I ended... More...

  • One Employee's attitude - Not the first time

Thursday, August 2, 2012, 12:15 p.m. - Subway Restaurant (Broadway) near Bowling Green Station (across the street from the Bull). I ordered a turkey subway sandwich. I was asked, "You ordered a turkey sandwich?". Upon which I said, "Yes". The reply was from him with a smirk on his face, "You look like a turkey sandwich" the sandwich was not cut in half. As an African American woman I experience many prejudices in this so-called "Greatest City in the World..but I don't expect an attitude from a Hispanic nor anyone else. I didn't hear... More...

  • why did you take them away!!

Hi, my name is Sandra - I stop at Subway every morning and get a large tea to last me through the day because the Subway on Hwy. 25 in Hendersonville has the best tea ever (little bit of a tea critic). Anyway, I am allergic to egg so I never actually ate breakfast there until they came out with the cream cheese bites - they were so awesome - I finally had something I could eat from there and you replaced them with apple pies that suck. Now I have to go back to just getting a drink and going elsewhere for my breakfast. They didnt even give the bites an opportunity to do well. The ladies... More...

  • Subway Wwy 53 Superior WI

I'm tired of customer service businesses in Superior being under par. Although I was greated with a "Hello" and as I left was told to "Have a good day" Her tone and facial expressions told a completely different story. She spoke so fast the entire time I was there I felt incredibly rushed. I was the only one ordering at 5:30 on 6/28/11. There was no smiles and no warmth. Usually when I go to Subway I feel as though I am welcome there. Unfortunately this was not the case at this location. The food was of Subway quality at least. However, I will think long... More...

  • Subway customer service is horrible

Food is good. But for the most part, customer service is horrible. I feel rushed every time I go in to all of the Williamsport locations. And sandwhiches not made to what I order. A good portion of the employees act like they don't want to be there and make me feel like I, as a customer am imposing on what they were doing. I continue to eat at these locations due to it being healthier eating compared to eating at Mcdonald's. I am going to give these locations one more chance if nothing has changed I will not return. I will give my business to another deserving company that treats... More...
