    Went in for lunch in the Subway in Plainsboro NJ and wanted to pay for my meal with my Subway card points. I told the owner (Rojit Patel) that I had enough points to pay for the meal and he deliberately charged me for part of the order. I fled a complaint with the Subway corporate office and was contacted by Miss Kee, who told me that they would send a Subway representative to the store to counsel the owner on customer service.     Subway restaurants advertise sandwiches with meat on them, making ones mouth salavate at the thought of the advertisement in their stores and on their commercials. But the truth is one slice of meat folded in half just to cover bread. Then all the dressing and in reality your eating a condemn sandwich with little to no meat as advertised, for $9.00 without a soda to wash it down.   • Subway app is a rip-off

    Bought subway credit apps for my kids at Christmas, nothing but trouble since. Employees at the stores no nothing about the apps or what to do with them. My daughter went in ordered sandwiches, they went over the $20 and wanted to pay the over amount in cash and the app would not allow it.. Told they had to add money to the app but had to add a larger amount then was due. This is a SCAM making you add a lot more money in order to pay for your order.     Went to Subway in Gillette, Wyoming, ordered a meal on their screen outside, including cookies, got to the window they told us "they were out" of cookies & couldn't make more! They still have PLENTY of time to make more, I've worked at Subway before & our policy was make cookies until we closed that night.   • Terrible company to work for.

    The managers are all friends and related. So if one manager doesn't like you, none of them will. They set my husband up to get fired. He worked there over two years and one very immature manager he worked under, who is 22, told him to quit and he's not an asset to the company. So he walked out and talked to regional managers boss and he gave him the job back and to a different store.     So I went to subway to see about a job. everything was fine until we started the day. The owner showed me how she wants everything. Normal stuff. Then it gets weird. She sets up the line and throughout the day mixes the food in the cambros. As well with the sauces.   • Subway turned away 30 minutes before closing time

    My husband, me, and my son went to subway in Chelsea Alabama this past Saturday 30 minutes before closing time. When we went to order our food, the person working told us that they stopped serving pizzas at 8 (for my son), and we wanted the grilled chicken sandwiches which he said they stopped serving at 8 as well.     I placed an order for Subway Sandwiches and cheese toasties from their store at Spice Mall Noida via one of its online food partner The order that I received was in a spoiled condition. It was cold and smashed and on complaining about it at the store I was told that we serve it like that only, we are not responsible and we would not replace your order.     I have never been to a Subway before that when the "sandwich artist" (a joke) was making our sandwiches, she was looking all around the room & not what she was doing.   • Just wish I could find something positive

    I worked for Subway and the whole time they were disrespectful of your hours or time. Had an emergency and they barely cooperated with giving me that. Almost missed a family emergency because they wouldn't give me the one day I asked ever since the orientation off for three months my supervisors knew.   • Foot long?

    Subway @ North Lake College - Bldg C, 5001 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75038 (972) 273-3095 I don't know if ALL employees know of the 5$ foot long specials that are held on a monthly basis or not, but this month is Chicken for 3$ and BMT for 5$. I purchased a BMT foot long for 5$, and ended up being charged 6.50 for the whole sandwich. Not that I am unhappy to just count it as a tip or something.   • My Expirience While Working At Subway

    I don't usually write reviews but I just found it necessary to write one because this was one of my worst experience with a job. Subway DOES NOT treat their employees good it's bad enough they don't pay for training and before you could even start hands on training you have to do 30 lessons and take quizzes at home. On top of that they expect you to work a full time shift without pay for weeks without even getting a break I couldn't make it past the second day of training. I'm disgust by that job already.     I happen to be under the common impression that Subway is healthy and hygienic. I was frequenting the boat basin outlet in Karachi, Pakistan that is open 24/7 on a regular basis.     I had read a menu promotion and ordered what I thought would be a five dollar foot long. When the employee gave me the total it was 7 dollars I started asking about the promotion and the employee screamed at me the price of the item.     This has got to be the worst Subway. The staff are EXTREMELY slow during busy times, they do not appear to take good hygiene seriously, are not pleasant, and they are stingy with ingredients (half a bowl of lettuce). They don't offer several things that other Subway's have, like the seafood or soups; they don't chop the salads-just plop whole items on the little bit of lettuce they give you; and the cookies are stale.     Yesterday I went to the Buffalo Sabres game with my wife & two children. Throughout the game Subway ran advertisements on the Jumbotron promoting if the sabres loose the game to take your ticket stub to Subway to receive a free 6" sub. The Sabres lost so of coarse today my kids wanted to go to Subway. The employees said they never heard of such a promotion and did not believe me.     I went to this Subway in Anaheim, CA on 4/6/2014. During my visit a man came in and got in line. He got out of line to go use the restroom and discovered the door was locked. He asked the girl behind the counter if someone was in there and she said no, do you need the key.
